Do you know how to order whatever dish with an egg over it? If you say “ใส่ไข่” (sài kài), you’ll get an egg mixed up with other ingredients in your dish. Use the verb “โปะ” (pò) and you’ll get a beautiful-looking egg over the rice! The official name of Thailand’s airport is ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ [tâa-aa-gàat-sa-yaan sù-wan-na-poom].
