What do you guys think the message written in the photo [“เรียนลูกเดียว”(rian lûuk diaw)] means? Does anyone know? 

The answer is it can mean either “To just study” or “One durian.”

Verb + ลูกเดียว (lûuk diaw) = to do only that action.
เรียนลูกเดียว(rian lûuk diaw) = to study (and do nothing else).

“ลูก” [lûuk] is also a classifer for “ทุเรียน” [túrian] : Durian.
And “เดียว” [diaw] means “(Only) one.”
